Zaobstarajte si navy\u0161e aj \u0161\u013eaha\u010dku s farbivom navy\u0161e na obtretie torty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00edprava korpusu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Doba pr\u00edpravy: 55 min, akt\u00edvna \u010das\u0165: 15 min a pas\u00edvna 40 min<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Torta pre cca 15 os\u00f4b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Suroviny na pr\u00edpavu cesta aj pre celiatikov:<\/strong> \u2300 tortovej formy 26 cm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>5<\/strong> vajec<\/li><li><strong>2 dcl<\/strong> kry\u0161t\u00e1lov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li><li><strong>1 dcl<\/strong> hladkej m\u00faky \/ alebo \u0161peci\u00e1lnej bezlepkovej zmesi<\/li><li><strong>1 dcl<\/strong> zemiakov\u00e9ho \u0161krobu<\/li><li><strong>1,5 \u010cL<\/strong> (jedna \u010cL je 5 ml, 1,5 \u010cL je presne <strong>7,5 ml<\/strong>) pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva <\/li><li><strong>1 \u010cL<\/strong> (<strong>5ml<\/strong>) citr\u00f3novej k\u00f4ry z chemicky neo\u0161etren\u00e9ho citr\u00f3na &#8211; ak nechcete t\u00fato polo\u017eku prida\u0165 nemus\u00edte. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>na vymastenie formy potrebujeme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>1-2 PL<\/strong> (1PL je 15ml, 15-30ml) masla, alebo margar\u00ednu <\/li><li><strong>1-2 PL <\/strong>(15-30ml) mand\u013eovej m\u00faky, alebo bezlepkovej str\u00fahanky<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee chcete upiec\u0165 bezlepkov\u00fa tortu, tak nepou\u017e\u00edvajte oby\u010dajn\u00fa hladk\u00fa m\u00faku, ale \u0161peci\u00e1lnu bezlepkov\u00fa zmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Postup pr\u00edpravy korpusu:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>D\u00f4kladne vymastite tortov\u00fa formu (\u00d8 26 cm) a vysypte ju mand\u013eovou m\u00fakou, alebo bezlepkovou str\u00fahankou (alebo oby\u010dajnou str\u00fahankou pre neceliatikov).<\/li><li>Zapnite r\u00faru a predhrejte ju na 175 st. \/ ja som predhriala na\u0161u teplovzdu\u0161n\u00fa r\u00faru na 165 st.<\/li><li>Preosejte a zmie\u0161ajte si v jednej n\u00e1dobe m\u00faku a zemiakov\u00fd \u0161krob.<\/li><li>V inej dostato\u010dne hlbokej n\u00e1dobe si vy\u0161\u013eahajte mix\u00e9rom, alebo kuchynsk\u00fdm robotom vaj\u00ed\u010dka izbovej teploty s cukrom dovtedy, k\u00fdm v\u00e1m nevznikne biele cesto, do ktor\u00e9ho je mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u00edsa\u0165 prstom a vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa sa v\u00e1m v ceste vzduchov\u00e9 bubliny.<\/li><li>N\u00e1dobu s m\u00fa\u010dnou zmesou primie\u0161ame postupne aj s pr\u00e1\u0161kom do pe\u010diva do vy\u0161\u013eahanej vaj\u00ed\u010dkovo-cukrovej peny opatrne tak, aby v nej ostali vzduchov\u00e9 bubliny\/ r\u00fdchle prevracajte cesto \u0161pacht\u013eou a iba z\u013eahka ju \u0148ou z\u00e1rove\u0148 premie\u0161ame. Ak si prajete korpus jemne prichuti\u0165, tak pridajte e\u0161te citr\u00f3nov\u00fa k\u00f4ru.<\/li><li>Vzniknut\u00e9 cesto vlejte do tortovej formy a \u0161pacht\u013eou vyrovnajte povrch.<\/li><li>Korpus pe\u010dte v spodnej \u010dasti r\u00fary pri 175 st. (ja som pri teplovzdu\u0161nej r\u00fare nastavila 165 st.) po dobu 30 a\u017e 40 min\u00fat a prv\u00fdch 10 min\u00fat r\u00faru ur\u010dite neotv\u00e1rajte. Korpus pe\u010dte dovtedy, k\u00fdm porvch korpusu nenadobudne kr\u00e1snu farbu a cesto sa odde\u013euje od okrajov formy. Upe\u010dan\u00fd korpus si otestujte aj drevenou pali\u010dkou, ak na nej cesto po zapichnut\u00ed neost\u00e1va, tak m\u00e1te korpus u\u017e dokonale upe\u010den\u00fd.<\/li><li>Takto upe\u010den\u00fd korpus nech\u00e1me postupne chladi\u0165. V tomto recepte pou\u017eijeme prv\u00fd variant, a to tvarohovo jahodov\u00fa plnku a nabud\u00face prid\u00e1m aj druh\u00fa tradi\u010dn\u00fa mo\u017enos\u0165, in\u00fa plnku do jahodovej torty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrebn\u00e9 suroviny:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>3 dcl<\/strong> jah\u00f4d<\/li><li><strong>250g <\/strong> jemn\u00e9ho tvarohu<\/li><li><strong>2 dcl<\/strong> \u0161\u013eaha\u010dky na \u0161\u013eahanie<\/li><li><strong>1 dcl<\/strong> cukor<\/li><li><strong>2 PL (30ml) <\/strong>vanilkov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li><li><strong>1 ks<\/strong> stu\u017eova\u010d \u0161laha\u010dky<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingrediencie si m\u00f4\u017eete aj \u013eubovo\u013ene pomeni\u0165 pod\u013ea va\u0161ej chuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Postup pr\u00edpravy jahodovo-tvarohovej plnky:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sprav\u00edme si pyr\u00e9 z jah\u00f4d tak, \u017ee jahody roztla\u010d\u00edme vidli\u010dkou v n\u00e1dobe a vmie\u0161ame do nich tvaroh. Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pou\u017ei\u0165 vidli\u010dku, nie mix\u00e9r.<\/li><li>\u0160\u013eaha\u010dku s cukrom vy\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me mix\u00e9rom, alebo kuchynsk\u00fdm robotom v hust\u00fa penu (dajte pozor, aby ste \u0161\u013eaha\u010dku nepremie\u0161ali)  a stu\u017eova\u010d \u0161\u013eaha\u010dky pou\u017eijeme presne pod\u013ea n\u00e1vodu. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou sa zamie\u0161a do \u0161\u013eaha\u010dky v z\u00e1vere \u0161\u013eahania.<\/li><li>Jemne primie\u0161ajte do pripraven\u00e9ho jahodov\u00e9ho tvarohu \u0161\u013eaha\u010dku \u0161pacht\u013eou tak, aby \u0161\u013eaha\u010dka ostala st\u00e1le nad\u00fdchan\u00e1.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vlh\u010denie korpusu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak nechceme ma\u0165 such\u00e9 korpusy, ale lahodn\u00fa tortu, tak korpusy pred naplnen\u00edm plnkou odpor\u00fa\u010dam jednozna\u010dne navlh\u010di\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na vlh\u010denie potrebujeme tieto suroviny, ktor\u00e9 si v malej n\u00e1dobke zmie\u0161ame a potom nimi potierame jednotliv\u00e9 tortov\u00e9 \u010dasti pred naplnen\u00edm plnkou:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>1<\/strong> <strong>dcl <\/strong>vody<\/li><li><strong>2 \u010cL<\/strong> = <strong>10 ml <\/strong>kry\u0161t\u00e1lov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li><li><strong>1 PL = 15 ml <\/strong>citr\u00f3novej \u0161\u0165avy <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tortu napln\u00edme a nech\u00e1me v chladni\u010dke minim\u00e1lne nieko\u013eko hod\u00edn (odpor\u00fa\u010dam 1 de\u0148)  naplnen\u00fa tortu tuhn\u00fa\u0165, nako\u013eko ingrediencie v nej sa lep\u0161ie spoja a potom sa s \u0148ou lep\u0161ie pracuje a najlep\u0161ie sa ozdobuje v de\u0148 oslavy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/recepty.fotkynatorty.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_0737-1024x713.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-178\" width=\"580\" height=\"403\" srcset=\"https:\/\/recepty.fotkynatorty.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_0737-1024x713.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/recepty.fotkynatorty.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_0737-300x209.jpg 300w, https:\/\/recepty.fotkynatorty.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_0737-768x535.jpg 768w, https:\/\/recepty.fotkynatorty.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_0737-1536x1069.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/recepty.fotkynatorty.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_0737-2048x1425.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px\" \/><figcaption>Ja som plnky pripravila ve\u013ea (nako\u013eko som mala ve\u013ea tvarohu a chcela som pomimo ma\u0165 aj nejak\u00fa mlsku v chladni\u010dke) a pridala som viac tvarohu, preto ju nem\u00e1m a\u017e tak\u00fa \u0161\u013eaha\u010dkov\u00fa a nad\u00fdchan\u00fa. Pali\u010dky si m\u00f4\u017eeme ve\u013ekostne prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 na tak\u00fa ve\u013ekos\u0165, ak\u00e1 n\u00e1m vyhovuje. TIP: Ak by v\u00e1m pali\u010dky vzadu za po\u0165ahovou hmotou presvitali, spravte si tzv. z\u00e1platy z hmoty a tie e\u0161te polo\u017ete do zadu na z\u00e1pich na presvitaj\u00facu \u010das\u0165 a pozatl\u00e1\u010dajte.<\/li><li>Takto si vyhotov\u00edme v\u0161etky z\u00e1pichy ve\u013emi jednoducho a nech\u00e1me ich na vzduchu schn\u00fa\u0165 a vytvrdn\u00fa\u0165.
